My story

In 2020 I lost my son to an overdose from a fentanyl laced drug. He'd battled drug addiction with an onset of mental health challenges. A dedicated nine years of my life was committed to trying to get him the help he needed. I wished for help, to find affordable services, or just simply- directions. I suffered silently inwardly those years, feeling alone, ashamed, and at the end completely helpless and hopeless. Not only did I suffer, but my family experienced the same sufferings. Through that journey I learned a lot which I now dedicate to helping other families. The struggle is real and painful.

As a mom, I didn't see it coming. No one chooses it! Smart, Witty, Loving and Loved! My son was the perfect child. He came home from collage that year, as such and our journey began.  The pain of losing my son is great! So, If TCF can help one family not experience losing their loved one- it's well worth it!

In conclusion,
You are not alone!
